Public Storage- Torrance, CA Crenshaw Public Storage in Torrance, CA uses cheap dry wall for its walls my unit was broken into Torrance, California

I had a storage unit at the Public Storage in Torrance, CA on Crenshaw for some time. One day I went in and I noticed my goods were stolen. I thought this was odd because the lock was not broken. I reported it to the staff and they were absolutely terrible. The refused to take an incident report and said I needed a police report. I then filed a police report and they still did not bother to do. I decided to move out because I was not feeling safe as I was moving out I noticed a loose part of the wall at the back of my unit. I pushed the wall and was able to peek into the neighboring unit.

I could see remnants of some of my belongings. I then immediately went to the front desk and complained and then called the police. They responded better now that the police were involved. However, regardless the place was not safe for storing my belongings. I think its ridiculous that someone was able to break down the wall. I would never use Public Storage again based on their unsafe facilities and bad customer service. I am looking to file a lawsuit because they did not provide me with a safe place to store my belongings and were rather misleading.
