Public Storage Charge me 50.00 Dollars for a 1 day late fee. It was not in the contract, Took money without my knoenledge Glen Mills, Pennsylvania

Public storage charged me 50.00 dollars. They said it was a late fee. When i called over the phone to give payment i was never told i was being charged a late fee. I found out when i recieved my bank statement. I called to inquirer and we told "its legal the phone company, credit card, bils can chagre u this amount of late fee even if one day late. I told the manager that i was charged 25.00 approximately 1-2 years ago. Now 50. he stated it in my contract the original contract did not specify this amount. He was insisitant this is the late fee. He gave me Mr. Jim Klein number in Nj and told me to call him, He is in charge of problem solving and resolution, I tried several times and left several message he has not return my call. I have been a very good and timely customer for 26 months with no problems. Until now and had 50.00 late fee taken from my account without notice even when i called to pay payment i was never told there was any late charges.
