They called my place of work. A doctor's office is always busy. I was terribly busy when they called and not thinking about what I was answering about. We get a lot of these kind of calls at the office and we just play along. I didn't think any different. The next day they called to confirm the info...again way busy and they suckered me again. I don't appreciate being taken advantage and I don't feel that the non-cancellation is and/or should be legal. I have e-mailed them to cancel dut to finances (dental work). We'll see what happens.
