I made the mistake of ordering one of Publishers Clearing House vacuum cleaners that plugs into a car cigarette lighter. Of course it didn't work. With this order I received a set of knifes that I did NOT order or WANT! I had to send them both back to DIFFERENT addresses to the tune of $23 postage that I am SURE PCH will not reimburse me for. To make matters worse, I wrote and told them what a piece of #$%^ their vacuum was and to not cash the check that was sent earlier, but of course they cashed it months after I told them NOT to. I requested to be reimbursed for my trouble. It has been MONTHS and I have not heard a thing back. THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! But they don't care! They just continue to rake in the bucks because consumers like me are dumb enough to order anything from them. They do not care about quality of their products and they ARE OUT TO RIP YOU AND ME OFF! That is their sole purpose. How they have gotten away with this for so many years is unbelievable! This is one company that needs to have its doors shut down forever!
