Publishers Clearing House PCH Supreme Rip-Off Artists Internet

Publishers Clearing House has sent me an item I did not order and charged it to me.  Upon an internet search, I found many references to this tactic from other victims.  I will return all merchandise and cancel all subscriptions from now on because of this.

If you are a victim of this kind of fraud, here is what they claim:

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed!  You may return any merchandise item ordered through Publishers Clearing House up to 120 days from receipt of shipment, if not completely satisfied, for any reason. You will receive a full credit on any product returned within this time frame. All credits will first be applied to any open balance you may have with us. If you do not have an open balance on your account, a refund check will be issued and should arrive to you within 6-8 weeks.
 
USPS is PCHs preferred return and shipping provider. Did you know that most local USPS offices now have a 24 hour self service kiosk? Delivery confirmation and Free tracking is included with your shipping purchase from the USPS! Simply select return merchandise from the selection screen at the kiosk, look for Publishers Clearing House in the merchant list, our return address will automatically be populated and you can pay using a debit or EBT credit card. If you wish to return an item, simply mail to the address listed below. Please include a copy of the original Invoice for your order (which was attached to the package) or a note with your full name, address and Order Number so that we may credit your account properly. For your records, please retain a copy of your shipping receipt. We ask that you allow 3-4 weeks for your return to be received and processed.

Please note, our company policy does not include reimbursement for postal expenses, which may be incurred with the return of merchandise to our returns processing facility.
