Publishers Sweepstakes Commission Scam on check sent to me in mail Yonkers New York

I got a letter in the mail stating that i won 120,000 usd and there was a check of 4,992.00 for processing fees only after i contact my claims agent. It states i need to call north american claims agent Mr. Jason Clark at 1-888-811-1019 ext 1 also gives a number to the IRS in canada 1-514-621-0111. I took it to the bank so they could investigate it and let me know if the check numbers match up and if it is an existing account. I am still waiting from my bank to find out more, but after careful research i found the address printed on the check from McAdams Agency at 3645 Marketplace Blvd Ste 130-298 East Point GA 30344 was not even the same state as the letter came from. The envelope came from canada the letter came from New York and the check came from Georgia. At this point in time that money could have come in help alot due to the fact I am broke and cant find a good job with the economy as it is right now.
