I purchased the product Phenterthin that was advertised as free with S&H of $4.95. What I did not see, nor was it readily available on the first or second page of the document, was a notice that within 15 days they would ship me two more bottles at a charge of over $150. and if I canceled before then, they were going to charge me $49. I tried contacting their customer service on the Internet within 24 hours of purchase but they wanted me to fill out a "ticket" and they would be in touch within a few days.
What I wanted to do was cancel before they had a chance to ship the product to begin with. The first few times I called this am I pressed all the right buttons they wanted me to in order to speak with customer service, but no one would pick up the phone, I was to leave a message and they would be in touch in a few days.
So I finally called the order line. They picked right up. The woman I spoke with refused to help me even though I told her I would refuse the product and dispute the charges. She refused to keep the order from leaving the premises. The worst part was that when I called my Washington Mutual Visa company, they also refused to help. Aren't there laws against this type of behavior?

After contacting the BBB in Oklahoma city, I found the following: Supervisor's name is Brian and he can be contacted at 888-527-0870 and the email is brandywiyninger@hotmailcom. Unfortunately I couldn't find the name of the company owner. If someone locates him, please let me know.
