Well, I received the collections letter today in the mail from Recovery and Colletion Moon Twp,Pa. Well, I am sending a certified letter back to them disputing the debt and asking them to get me all paperwork involved in this transaction. They legally have 45 days to get it to me or the debt is considered null and void if they don't send it.
I have never known a collections agency to get after you within a week of reversing the charges on the credit card. I have informed them of this site and all the complaints against them, also filed complaints with states attorney's offices and bbb and news tv. I have also informed them I will be investigating them also. Lets see what happens

Due to many of us filling complaints with the Office of Attorney General of the State of Oklahoma, 313 N.E. 21st Oklahoma City, Ok 73105 Phone 405-521-3921, 918-581-2885, www.oag.ok.gov we have gotten them to sue the company and stop them from ripping any more of us off and to get them to return our monies.
As of January 9,2008 the Oklahoma Attorney General filed a lawsuit against these entities, Pure Energy labs,Incorporated d/b/a as the following: PE Labs, Physical Enhancement Labs, www.usaveonpills.com, www.thintabs.com
AG Petitiions Court to Stop Deceptive Pill Sales
The states attorney is filing to recovery losses claimed by consumers in excess of $13,000,
Write to the Attorney Generals Office and send them proof of your loss with this company.
Fighting does pay off eventhough it is hard and costly it does pay off in the end.

Well, after much aggravating time and energy spent on this I finally won. I not only contacted the Attorney General of Illinois, they sent it to the Attorney General of Ok. I have not heard from the Attorney Generals office in Ok but they must have done something. I know Pure Energy refused to expunge the record with the collection agency which was part of our agreement with the BBB of Ok. So that was some of the information I sent to the Attorney General in Illinois which was sent to Oklahoma. I guess when they read all of the correspondence they must have done something.
I checked my credit record today and IT WAS ALL GONE!!! No record of it even ever being there. People fight!!! It is a hard battle and I really thought I was going to have to file suit here against Pure Energy to have the record expunged and also suit against the Collection agency for not sending any legal correspondence to prove this so called debt. So here is what was done, FBI Internet filing,TV 8 news report,certified letters to the collection agency and calls to them, calls and emails to Pure Energy many of them. Sending all correspondence to the Attorney Generals office of Illinois (make sure you do your states attorney general) BBB of Oklahoma,Attorney Generals office of Oklahoma. I think that is all of them. Keep fighting!!! Also for anyone writing any attorney's generals office make sure you let them know they have changed their name several times. Also make sure you copy all correspondence from the BBB or anywhere you have complained. Everyone Good Luck!!!

They still have me on the bad credit report but I am still going to fight. Since the Credit filing agency did not follow my request in my certified letter disputing the debt and Pure Energy refuses to take it off and tells me that I have to take it off,(get real) I am going to send more information to the Attorney General in Ok and call them. If I do not get some action soon I think it is time to file a small claims suit here. I don't know how to have anyone get a hold of me to start this since we don't give #''s out. So how do we do it guys.
Of course the other problem is they keep opening a company in new names to avoid the cops. I would love to get it on court TV with Judge Mathews but I doubt they would even show. I am talking two law suits , one agains Pure Energy and all their names and another against the reporting agency they use because of their uneithecal practices.

The Attorney Generals office from Illinois called today (in May) since I had sent a complaint to them about the ripoff. They are now forwarding it to the Attorney Generals office in Oklahoma . They have been informed that after they refunded my money they still have ruined my credit. So now it will go to the Attorney General in Ok. The BBB of Ok tried to get somewhere with the credit issue but they have refused to answer the second complaint against them from me. Now we will wait for the Attorney Generals office in Oklahoma.

I guess they did not like being on TV8 News in January, also getting a letter from the Illinois and Oklahoma States Attorneys Offices. My money was refunded when I started making big noise all over. The BBB of Oklahoma mediated.
Pure Energy Products still would not admit they were in any wrong but that I was wrong but they would give me my money back anyway. Their so called collections agency may not be legit because they will not give a physical address at all. They backed off after they got the certified letter from me and when they called I told them where to get off. Nicely of course.
Keep reporting them to the Attorneys General offices of your state. Then the BBB of Oklahoma, Your news center for TV. The more complaints the more chance of getting them gone. Maybe for good! I have watched their terms and conditions rewritten several times now, only to even be more confusing then ever. Good Luck to you all.
