Pure Nutrients, Inc. Unauthorized billing after account is cancelled Internet

I ordered a free sample of Colodetox from Pure Nutrients Inc. and received a call the following day telling me the free sample required that I purchase another product for $14.95.  At that time I cancelled my order and told the customer service rep to also stop my free trial offer.  I was told it was cancelled.  Five days later I received the Colodetox sample.  I never opened the bottle and attempted to call pure nutrients using the number on the bottle.  I was greeted by a message the number had been disconnected.  I tried again and the result was the same.  Ten days later I found a charge on my debit card for $89.00.  I again attempted to call the number listed on the bottle and it was disconnected.  For some reason I then tried the number with my cell phone, and the call went through.  The Customer service rep told me there was nothing they could do about the charges because I did not cancell within the 14 days.  I informed the rep I had cancelled immediately before I even got the bottle of Colodetox and they would honor my cancellation and have the funds returned to my bank or I would file a consumer complaint with the Postmaster General as the post office delivered the original bottle to my home.  I got my funds back immediately as well as my account cancelled.  It seems you have to have the correct threat with this company to get action from them as up until I mentioned the Postmaster General they absolutely denied I could get my funds back from them.  The threat of calling Federal agents seems to work with this company.  They are a genuine ripoff and I have not used nor will I use the free bottle I received.  It is going in the trash where it belongs
