I was looking for a colon cleanse product and a pop up of Nature Cleanse from Pure Nutrients, Inc., appeared offering a sample for $4.95. I received the sample and was surprised because it was a regular sized bottle of pills. I called the company and asked if I was going to be charged only $4.95 and they said yes. I began using the product and it started giving me pains in my abdomen so I stopped using them. Then my credit card bill came and I was charged the $4.95 and an additional charge of $89.00. I called them to return the product. They refused to accept a return and refused to remove the charge from my credit card saying that the terms and conditions clearly said I had to call within 14 days (there weren't any terms and conditions visible on the computer). They also informed me that I had an account with them which entitled them to send me a monthly supply of this product (I never signed up to receive monthly deliveries). I insisted they cancel this account. All I initially wanted was a sample of this prouct. They are truly a ripoff company and clearly taking advantage of the public.
