Pure Rezv is a product that is well advertised. It claims to reverse or stop the aging process, and or/to help prevent aging and cure health problems.

The website offers a free 14 day supply of the product and the client pays the shipping. However at the end of the 14 days if you are not satisfied and
have sent back any unused product which is to reach the company in 14 days, they use your credit card to put on the full price of the product that they had offered as being free.

The product comes from China and in 15 days, a purchaser is suppose to have received, tried the product and shipped back in that time frame to China. It is impossible to try the product for 15 days, and receive the product within that 15 days and if not satisfied send it back within that 15 days. If you do not complete this impossible feat, then your credit card is charged with the full amount which is suppose to have been free to begin with.

I ordered the "free product" and in the 15 day time period, I have not received it. I received an e mail thanking me for my order which they were now charging on my credit card because they did not receive an e mail from me telling them that I was dis satisfied with the product and would be sending back the unused product. The sum that was charged to my credit card was $73.00 and then 15 days later another sum was charged to my credit card for just under $100.00. The shipping was $20.00 something.

Now I have never received the product. The free sample was suppose to have been sent out at the end of March. It is now May 21st, and no product.

I have written customer service and told them of the problem. No free sample, no product was receive and I do not wish to order their product and give me the three credits that I am entitled to on my credit card. I have had several e mails from them and have written back, each time telling them I have not received their product and do not want their product now and to give me back the credit.

I have had an e mail telling me that they can prove that I ordered the product because they have an e mail with my IP address. Any e mail has my IP address, even this one. It does not tell you what the content of the e mail is. I have told them that I have all my e mails that were sent to them and received from them and "NO" I have not ordered their product. I only paid shipping for a free product. ( not received )

Do note as well that the address the item was shipped out to as well as the credit card details and information do match.



If you would like, we can include your details in a federal investigation in to online fraudulent activities, and your name can be added to an international online merchants black list to prevent further similar fraudulent orders in the near future.

Customer service I assume is out of China, and her threat is entirely ridiculous. Another e mail that I received was telling me that they would give me a credit after I sent back the product and I have told them several times I have never received the product. Two e mails from Customer Service tells me that they agree I have never received the product as it is delayed in customs ( 7 weeks ). Another one says they are sending out more product and do I consent to charging my credit card. I write back "no" but the charge goes on my credit card and I have received no product.

As far as I am concern the whole thing is outrageous and people beware of this fraud. I am hoping that Rip Report will help me get my money back that was taken fraudulently.

I have all the e mails that were sent from Customer Service - Pure Rezv.
And all my e mails that were written by me.

This Pure Rezv also known as Healthy Solutions are - very deceitful and fradulent.
