Pure Weight Loss/ LA Weight Loss This company only made my pocketbook thinner. Closed without notice and left with my prepaid food bars, and membership too. Folsom California

Center changed hours, 1-2 counselors available, maybe. Then went to not being open during advertised hours. Phone message left at home about the center closing on a certain date. Went down several times in the weeks before the "closing" date to a closed center. Phonecalls went unanswered.
The number left on the door, a toll free number is answered, but put on hold and never answered with a person. I gave up after multiple calls and being on hold minimally 30 minutes or more each time. I would like a refund for a years worth of bars that have yet to be used, they were stored at the center. Also a years worth of membership, yet to be used.
