I placed an order two days 12/16/12 ago and pay extra charge of $15.14 for UPS 2nd day shipping hoping that I'll be able to get my order sooner. Unfortunately, it didn't happen, no update status on my email after two days, so I decided to call their Toll Free 1-800-645-1030 and spoke to CS-Adrian asking what's going on with my order. He said your order will be ship on 12/19/12 as it take us 24-48hrs to process your order, as he added. Now, I am upset I told him there's no point of me paying extra cost if it will takes you guys to ship and process my order morethan suppose to be and he explain thats our shipping policy. I ask him, where it say on your website and if he could walk me through to their website, so we are in the same page but he keep insisting, maam its our shipping policy. I told him I don't believe you as I'm currently reading their shipping policy and it didn't say anything at all about what his talking about. Customer Service Adrian trying to bluff me for no reason and being idiot, rude and unprofessional not knowing what product nor policy they have. I requested to spoke to their Supervisor which I believe her name is Samatha, I explained her again and she offer me to refund my shipping cost. I told her I don't need those I rather cancel the whole order since their people Customer Service can't even know what they're offering to their customer. She cancelled my order then hung up on me - VERY RUDE!
If I were you, don't place any order under PURITAN.COM they don't follow their rules and they're RUDE unproffessional either a regular Customer Service or Supervisor they are in the same behavior. I wonder how they could provide excellent service if they keep acting like this. Shame on them!
Don't believe on their ads, pay extra for 2nd day shipping? It not TRUE, not worthy!
