Mr Che Chimezie Chi who apparently works for DHL, which is a massive lie.
Once you make a purchase from these people, they say that the package has been sent some place and you will need to pay an insurance fee to get you order back. Clearly don't pay it as they are just trying to get more money out of you. They will ask you to send this money to:

Just a warning don't ever send money via WESTERN UNION as you will most likely get scammed, always ask to send money via paypal, because if you don't receive what you have paid for then you can get a refund.
