Before falling for the "trial" scam please see the e-mail chain below. I never received the product and could not get any help from the customer service department. Lucky for me, my bank is very customer service oriented so when I called, they automatically reversed the charge. After the last e-mail that I sent, all contact stopped - the date was 11/14/07.

What part of "it was not delivered to my condo" do you not understand? You people are absolutely unbelievable! If it was delivered to me as the tracking states, I would like to knows who's signature is on the delivery receipt. I live in a complex that has approximately 30 buildings and items are sometimes delivered to the wrong building.
I believe that it is your responsibility to file a lost article form with whatever company you used to ship the item. But, do as you wish. I have already contacted my bank and started the process to dispute the charge. Today I will be posting this chain of emails on the internet and contacting the Better Business Bureau.
I am done trying to communicate with a company that obviously either does not know how to read or comprehend the English language.

Just so you know - the zip code for my address is NOT 80403, it is 80401.

Actually, working in a consumer market - the obligation of delivery disputes fall to the company that mailed the item due to the fact that the company is the one that will have to complete the lost article forms and insurance forms. It's pretty sad that your company feels the need to charge my account before even confirming that I had received the product. As I said before, I will not pay for a product that has not been received. I will be sure to contact my bank and the Better Business Bureau in regards to this matter.
