i am writing this to let others know what con artists this company is and hopefully someone can do something about them. i did the same as most people and thought i was getting a free trial offer to complete a survey online and receive a laptop. well,i knew about the shipping charges but there was no directions on how to use it and before i could even try to learn myself i found out that they had charged my card a 65.00 fee saying that my 2 week trial was over. i had only received it not even a week before! so far i cancelled the membership-30.00 a month-and had to get a rma number which took me 3 days to get and return it. needless to say paying more shipping and handeling and insurance on top of the original 7.95! i never even opened the darn stuff i was so mad and god even knows if and when i will get my money refunded! hopefully the right person out there can help people like us that got taken for this ride because i cannot afford this being a single mother of a teenager on our own! thanks for your time.
