I Ordered "free" trial. Made me deathly ill. Called and canceled. Sent back the rest of it from postal service. They then charged my bank account without autorization $99.99. I emailed their complaint dept which said they'd be back to me within 1 business day. No response. I called and they said that they had not received my package and to give them a tracking number (although I was not told to send it that way). They would have received that package long ago but they say they never got it. Then they say that I was "not in the system" as canceled! They refused to refund my money. I am going to an attorney tomorrow to see what I can do and reporting them to my bank as a fraudulent charge. I am also putting them in the better business bureau. I would like to know if there is a class action lawsuit going on about them and if not, I'd like to start one.

Class action lawsuit?

Well ill start with saying you have to make sure you pay attention to what you are getting yourself in ... there are many Free "Bottle"offrs out there with so many company's and then there are "Risk" free Trials which most people get confused with . Lets say you did get a free bottle when you cancelled were you given a cancellation # or a confirmation of your request... you can always bring that number in a case against them. Well lets say they did and yet they still charged your account why would you only email i would call and call and call until i finally was able to speak to someone myself..When i send a package back i always make sure there is a receipt and at least a track# very foolish on your part to not get those. With all that said i do wish you good luck in trying a class action lawsuit and please do keep me posted on how that is working out for you....
