Again, that number is 1-888-751-0744. This number belongs to PaySystems Limited, who handles the payments and processing for Refund Recovery. There address:

I found this email in a Rip-off Report right here from others whom have received refunds: support@paysystems.com
Now I want to give you two addresses that you need for your records, as a part of proof of payment, legal reasons, and business dealings with them:

That second address is the older one. No matter how many alias names they create, it is irrelevant. They still have to give you a refund.
They are not in any way connected to UPS or FedEX, and soon the two just mentioned will have to take responsibility, if they continue to allow impersonators out there. Their names are copyrighted, just the same has corporate logos.
Get back to us if that number is no good. By the way, don't waste time writing to the Refund Recovery addresses. Those are just drop boxes, and merely serve as evidence. BBB gets mail sent back/returned from those addresses.
Pay Systems is the one which will arbitrate your refund.
