I ordered a free trial of "enhanced water" from Pyurwater on June 26, where all I had to pay was S&H, which was $9.95 unless you canceled within 10 days of ordering. I recieved the product and wasn't at all satisfied. I wouldn't be surprised if all they sent me was a bottle of tap water. Definitely not worth $60!
In the Terms and Conditions, it states "You can cancel at any time during the ten day trial period by contacting customer service at CancelOrder@PyurWater.info with no further obligations." So that's what I did. I emailed them on July 1 requesting to cancel any future shipments. I recieved an email back verifying my cancellation.
A few days later, I was hit with a charge of $59.50, so I emailed them again requesting a refund. This was July 8. I also called them several times with no answer so I left a message asking to please call me back.
Now, here we are, July 13, with no response whatsoever. I called my bank to dispute the charge but they tell me that they are unable to do so until I send the product back. This is ridiculous! Now I have to spend MORE money to ship the product back, and pray that I get my money back!
What this company does is disgusting and I hope no one else has to go through this. Stay away from Pyurwater!

i did the free trial as their sales pitch really appealed to me. i made sure i canceled before the deadline yet i was charged $60 twice... wouldnt advise dealing with these kinds of companies.
