Q Wealth Report sells prepaid credit cards and the cash is directed to Genericard Corp of Panama then to the Loyal Bank Ltd of St Vincent . The card itself is a Loyal Bank card .When I tried the card it was refused . I contacted the Loyal Bank and was told they did not receive the money . I contacted Q Wealth Report and no attempt was made to help . It was referred to Peter Macfarlane and he did nothing . It seems that this is a scam to keep your money . Do not fall for this scam .

What we need is the 4-digit EXT ID Number on the front of the card.

We do not have access to the actual card numbers, for bank security reasons, so to access any information
