This scam is made up of 3-4 main players...
Adam Shryock
Lauren Ives (his girlfriend)
Rem Samigullin
Nick Strom

They hire a group of 15 or so people to come in for their 3 day training session. You learn about the "history" of their "company". You learn about the product you are selling, and then they ask you for your personal information, just like you would give any other job. After three days of this you are paired up to hit up your friends and family for "practice".

Thats about as far as your work experience with them will go. Payday comes and goes with the promise that your check is in the mail. You will hear this several times over the next two weeks. Thats if you call them, all of them, because they won't call you. About two weeks later you will receive a text message from Adam saying that he is no longer working for the company and he's real sorry about the checks but he is working hard to get these for all of us.

I hope someone reads this before wasting their time with these crooks!!!! Unfortunately I was not so lucky however what I do have is all 4 of these crooks home addresses, phones, and cell phones that I would be more than happy to pass along.

Don't forget to check the BBB, they have over 8 complaints with them over the past 2 years!

Because the individual chose not to include their name on the posting I cannot comment with complete accuracy to their respective situation. However, I can explain how the hiring process with my company has worked over the last three years...

The position the posting is referencing is a position as an Outside Sales Consultant. If you are familiar with that term, you know that it is a difficult position to excel in and one in which the majority of individuals hired do not. This is understood during the intial interview and should the individual choose to pursue the opportunity further, the level of success achieved ultimately is determined by their own abilities and/or efforts. My company supplies the product, training and formula to succeed but cannot assume responsibility for all employees that may fall short. All employees are hired as Independent Contractors and are largely considered to be their own boss and work with little or no supervision. Because the best way to obtain a customer base with our particular product is through referrals, it is true that all employees must "practice" with individuals that they personally know. This to is understood during the intial interview process. From that point forward, the consultant is solely responsible for establishing a customer base with the use of company furnished materials. For three years my company has paid a base salary based on performance and amount of work completed. Should the consultant fall short, they are only paid in commissions related to units that are individually sold. This is covered extensively throughout our Corporate Training Program. When an individual completes the training process they must sign an agreement which clearly outlines all of my company's policies. Should they disagree with any segments as such, they have the right to withdraw from our program at that time.

I started my tenure with the company in a very similar fashion and am grateful for the opporutnity that was given to me. I take pride in knowing that for every individual that has not succeded, there are many more that have taken the opportunity to change their lives! QAS, Inc has been a very successful company during my time as owner and there are very few instances in which I feel regret. I have learned that you CANNOT please everyone and it is highly unfortunate that someone can post something like this without repercussion. It is something that I must now live with every day of my life...
