Received numerous calls bragging of the quality of there Morrisville, Pa. Emergency Guide. I placed my order in October 0f 2004, And was told the proof would be out shortly for approval..Today still nothing received.I spoke to Kevin and was told there are no delays and they will be shipped in June of 2005. Definetly not what I was told on the phone when I ordered these products.. My next phone call I make is to the ATTORNEY General.

It is true that a purchase was made in October for the Emergency Guide by John. My one and only comment is that he was informed that it would not be out until late spring early summer. It isn't our fault that someone wasn't paying attention to the details of the conversation.
