Quadw.net Quad W, Cynthia Bennett, Scammed by Quad W.net Internet

Husband discovered Quad W.net through an eBay listing.  We went directly to their website to view the ATV's, UTV's, and cycles listed for sale.  Found an ATV we wanted to purchase and followed the instructions to make an offer on Saturday, May 19th.  On Monday, received an email from alleged Sales Manager, Cynthia Bennett, with instructions on how to proceed with the purchase.  In subsequent email, I was given instructions for making wire transfer directly to a bank account in New York.  When I questioned this, I was told the owner had recently moved to New York and was opening a secondary location there.  I naively fell for it! Additional emails indicated that the ATV had been shipped and I would be receiving on/about May 29th.  After not hearing anything, I emailed requesting shipping information (carrier & tracking numbers). Instead of giving the information I requested I was told that the Memorial Day weekend caused a delay and I would receive the ATV by Friday afternoon, June 1st.  Now all my attempts at getting information have gone unanswered.  They list no phone number on their website or email correspondence.  Now I am out my money and nothing to show for it!
