Joi has placed over $9,534.00 on my credit report and I have on numerous occasions requested a copy of my lease and no response. Contacting Lynn of Quality Estates will not do anything either.
All of these unlawful acts of discrimination is against the law but attorneys are very expenses and so many people give up, but I have found a way to put an end to people of power with such unethical, and vindictive behaviors. GET HUD AND CONGRESS INVOLVED. It is unlawful to abuse authority for malicious and personal gain. Please reference to PROPERTY CODE CHAPTER 91 (online) and as per SEC.91.006, it is unlawful not to minimize damages.
Also reference to pages 26 and 42 of the Texas Tenant Rights Handbook. Joi Precure, property manager is the worst of them all. Joi Precure thinks that she can ABUSE HER AUTHORITY and not be held accountable for intentionally ruining the lives of people. Please do not call the property management company, "QUALITY ESTATES to find your answer or a resolution. Get the system involved. You are not alone and this company MUST BE STOPPED!
