We were in a position of air conditioning failure during the hottest weekend of the year. The company technician came to review the air conditioning parts. The technician said he reviewed the blower and that the machine was in good condition, that only the condenser needed to be replaced. He gave a price that was over 500.00 dollars inflated from the average cost. Upon recieving approval to replace the condeser the machine was replaced and three weeks later the fan motor the technican indicated was sound failed. This left us without air conditioning again. The technician came out and provided another bid for replacement of the blower fan motor that was over 100% higher than market. The bid was also given when the heat was escalated and presure was significant due to lack of air conditioning to pay an escalated rate to replace the fan motor. The bid provided was over 400% greater than the cost of the parts. The installation of the condenser was flawed as a second technican from another company replaced the motor, inspected the installation of the condenser and found several problems with the installation. This company has poor technical advise, poor workmanship, and poor communiation with the client.
