Here's the horrific part, shortly after checking out, we realized my daughter had left her tablet in the room, we immediately called the manager and turned around to retrieve it. Of course, housekeeping claims it wasn't in there, manager refused to provide is the names of the owner or the housekeeper who cleaned out room. Needless to say we filed a police report and will keep trying to contact the owners. Owner "Sam" refuses to discuss replacing itemm or that his staff could have been responsible. Despite our traveling back to the hotel, he insists that we never lost the item and that his staff is above reproach. However, he refuses to give the first name of the housekeeper that cleaned our room.
sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company your comments on this policy are welcome!
