I worked for this company for approximately 3 weeks. First as receptionist, then as loan processor, then as loan officer. They required me to do telemarketing - which was not what I was hired to do. I worked many hours. Then, I was told I would go to Loan Officer on commission but I would be paid for my previous work. I was told I would get a paycheck on April 1 - which did not happen.
All of us in the company at the time were told we would all go on Salary at the beginning of April. To my knowledge, everyone (other than one person) have all been fired or quit from lack of pay. I want to get my three weeks of pay and a lot of other people did not get paid as well. Please advise me as to the next course of action I can take.

Marilyn Mendoza LaVelle / Rich Tarrel / John Ghandour / Steve Manos are the ones running this office. As you can clearly see they post bogus rebuttals in an effort to cover them selves. Please review the following links so that you may be sure that this is not the only listing.

JP is right. I worked for this company and it is a fraud and doesnt have thier stuff togther AT ALL. They are hiring these loan officers and not paying them.But promising them "next week you will get paid" "next week we will have your contracts".They are being strung a long. They are telling clients there is "no points" but when/if they read the fine print they are a point above everyone else. Point being..... Quantum Direct is just a new name for MG morgage. Which the owner of is a felon. He has 62 CHARGERS ON HIM OF FRAUD...AUTO THEFT...BURGLARY ETC. As well as scaming the elderly. He owed over $300,000 in restitution. It wont be long befor ethis company is belly up. Bad things happen to bad people.
