FYI Folks, keep posting on here, these companies are hurting, getting smaller everyday....If you have worked for one of these divisions, you will be happy to know, Innovage is changing all thier staff over to smartcircle email addresses, cause thats the only division with a somewhat decent reputation...SMART CIRCLE....I like your coupon books, but stop starving Americas youth, you can afford to make less to grow!
I cant say enough bad stuff about the psychology behind these business cults, they break you down mentally and get you to believe that its okay to work on 100% commission....maybe if your selling multi million dollar accounts, but for a coupon book, nah!
Either way they are on their heels! If you were thinking about working for one of these companies, there is truth to almost EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THE THOUSANDS OF REPORTS ON HERE....its bad business and thats the bottom line, and you wanna know the funny thing....As a former owner I know.....That these same owners, who are preaching to you about not being good enough if you cant work on 100% commission, will get shut down....walk away with ZERO MONEY, owe state taxes, and look for a job with a BASE...haha...now, is that not FUNNY?
I can tell you this...its fun watching a ship sink when your not on it..........JUICE by that!!!!

I've read just about every report written on D.S. Max as well as all of its aliases, subsidiaries and sham corporations overseas. I know everything there is to know about the reclusive Larry Tenebaum A.K.A "LT" and all of the gimmels that he's used over the years to grow his multinational Scam (including me!). Who am I? you ask. It does not matter but know this, if The U.S. Government got involved in peeling back the layers of L.T and his organizations...and this includes the inception of Wholesale Warehousing Industries in the 80's til now, it would discover the largest tax fraud ever committed on an international scale. The principles of all of its businesses are structured on the teachings of every major dictatorship that "Ruled the world". You rise to the top...are paraded as a hero...then hung in town square. It keeps all around you in terror including yourself!
I was at the top, and I don't mean a manager with a crew...or a phony V.P. with offices beneath him or her...I Mean the very top! I've grown not offices , but divisions!
did I make money...sure i did, however it was all taken away, by his sly "savings program" that scams you out of over rides and monies that are due to you! and how does L.T. take your work and spirit away from you? he hangs you amongst your peers...insults you...terrorizes you...introduces someone new for you to train and take under your wing (to keep your status), then simply replaces you with them! every single division was built like this...every single subsidiary once belonged to someone else! someone who grew it, nurtured it, developed it...then had it taken away and he gives it to some green new blood! but not before you fight that person to the death with hard work...after all, now he has company x (you) and company y (your own student) killing each other to win! And the winner gets to stand for as long as he starts the process again! This is how Cydcor, 360 sourcing and all of them were built!
