Quest National Services gets hired by medical practices and hospitals to collect on their charts by filing insurance and billing patients. They get a cut. They'll tell you all they can do for you. What they don't tell you is that they keep those promises and manage your workflow by outsourcing the files to India without your knowledge. It's like checking out a contractor before hiring them to fix your house. You check their references, complaints, bond, etc and hire them. Then behind your back they subcontract the job to their cousin who you don't know. Quest threatens their employees with legal action if they let the client know. If your lucky, the fearful employee will call you anyway on the slide to let you know.
So Quest will tell you that their costs are fixed,just and competitive but in reality part of what you pay them goes to India. If they weren't outsourcing, they could charge less. There is a chance your company is one they don't outsource. Just be suspicious if they make you dump files and/or questions into a "Dropbox" or only want you to email them instead of speaking directly to your assigned file liason.

Quest National Services "QuestNS", (located in Orlando, Florida) is a full practice management and billing company that offers its clients unmatched customer service and technology.
- QuestNS services clients in over 15 states from Florida to California and north to New Jersey and Pennsylvania - QuestNS has never serviced a client in White Plains, NY and therefore this posting proves to be misleading.
- One of the "a la carte" services QuestNS provides is data entry - this work in the past, in some instances, has been outsourced (beyond the Orlando office) to QuestNS employees based overseas in India.
- QuestNS has never, and will never threaten any employee for any reason - honesty is the best policy in our book and that is why the management at QuestNS is in continuous contact with each and every client with regards to their individual account status.
- All of Quest National Services' accounts are assigned a dedicated account manager who always resides in the Orlando, FL office - this "Account Manager" is responsible for day-to-day contact with his/her client(s) as well as reporting to the management team on a regular basis any issues that arise.
- Quest National Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is proud to employ a diverse group of people. Our goal is to provide exceptional customer service not typically found in the industry through employees that enjoy and are self-motivated to collect every dollar possible. Unfortunately the disgruntled employee that wrote this false and misleading report did not meet our stringent requirements.
