I have always asked for proof of such loan, been promised to be mailed something, but nothing ever arrives. They have left messages at my job and home threatening to 'take further action' unless the matter is resolved. I have been unable to get a "REAL" name from them or an address. If I do owe them something, just supply copies of my loan/re-payment agreement and I can have an attorney look at it. If not, LEAVE ME ALONE...
