Donna, owner of quickprint.com refuses to ship or refund the prepaid merchandise of $533.00 USD. She refuses to communicate via email or phone. From our PayPal account dated August 10, 2009, Donna withdrew $533 and her DBA was World Partners. The payment was for "500 sticky note pads, 3 x 3, 1/0 standard in color, 50 sheets/pad."
I filed a report to the Internet Crime Complaint Center and BBB online. To date, quickprint.com is still online.

They have two different cities in return addresses: Watseka and Rossville
