Using the product daily in the shower, I felt no change, perhaps even a bit worse after a month. I called the company, and they urged me to finish the rest of the bottle (2 more months) and they would take care of it if there were then no results.
Two months later, I called to report total ineffectiveness of the product, and to return it. After a few evasive emails, they said that their "policy", which I should have read when I ordered, was "no refunds". (NOTHING on the order form said anything like that.)
I replied by stating that MY POLICY, when faced with such a ripoff, was to let the world know what thieves they were.
