they approve you just like that..... then they pass you off to an assistant and get your appraisal money up to $ 400.00 make you jump through hoopes from bank statements, employement records , check stubs over and over and over only to get no answers. When you get ready to close on your property they say they are still in underwriting. Just to get a call or email from anyone takes an act of congress...... they keeps saying they work for you but never have any answers. Never ever use Quicken Loan, run as fast as you can. Use a local lender who will answer the phone, someone your neighbor has used or an friend or someone recommended by a co worker. Quicken Loans is an interenet scam only looking for perfect credit and big loans. They really really should be put out of business. What a rip off!
