I purchased a vehical here as well. I am currently in contact with an attorney to get things straight. I was told I was purchasing a warranty and given the papers. minus the actuial registration page. I was told it was 2,00 for the extended warratny. I found out later that it was never filed and am now out 2,000 and have nothing for it. I have been in contact with several individuals at the dealership about this with no resolve except that I need to purchase another warranty.  Beware of this company!

i have done lots of business with this company and never had any problems. It has been a life changin event for my family. This is the best business to use if u are in need of credit repair beacause they do it for free. Or if u need a car or home. U sir are very wrong and must be upset with ur life. Dont take it out on these guys because they are great human beings and beautiful people. Anyone may contact me at (((ROR redacted))) and i will tell u how awesome this establishment is!

  Funny how powerful this website actually is. After posting my complaint, Mr Adcock was calling me with urgency . Saying how wrong and unprofessional I was for reporting him on here and requesting that I remove this complaint. He convinced me that there was a mis communication. He said that He would start the process of rebuilding my credit and that I needed to take 20 minutes a week to come by so that a lady who works with him could send letters to dispute credit reports .So I listed that there was a mis communication. It really was not.  I still feel like it should be up to them to make an actual appointment or at least try to make it convenient to get together and get all of the information needed to do so. Not one person has bothered to call me about it. So yes, once again, I guess he was more worried about me taking this complaint off of here than doing the right thing and fulfilling what he said he would do in the first place. I really don't care how bad this hurts his business. The truth is what it is. And what I said before remains true.  He sold me a Yukon with a high  interest rate. And underpaid me for my truck. He got double what he gave me for it in less than 36 hours come to find out. And here he is giving me grief about speaking the truth. Pretty sad huh?  He claimed that I must have had the wrong number when trying to contact him. It was in fact the right one. He claimed he was really busy. Customer service is very important. Something he just is not very good at. So this is my last statement and I'm not changing the truth for anyone. If you buy a car here, at least you can say you were warned if you get the chance to read this.
