This company was given a great opportunity of placing tile on my kitchen,dining room,and bathroom floors, carpeting in the living room, three bedrooms and hallway leading to the downstairs. I was informed the tile in the kitchen would look beautiful and there would be NO problems. Then, I am told I have a "floating floor" and they did not know this previously! I now have a tile floor with EVERY AREA CRACKING (the tiles and the grout)and most of the grout is GONE. They refuse to replace the tile with linoleum and told me I am stuck with it. It cost me over $3000 plus $2700 for the carpeting. They put a subfloor in as well (which I found out is a big no, no). I also found out with a floating floor tile could be too heavy! They then offered me a hardwood floor for $2700 more. I then called around and found out this too would crack and/or separate. I do not feel they know what they are doing and should return me my money.

This company also used the WRONG COLOR GROUT in two areas of my floor AND THEN LEFT IT UNTIL I CALLED THEM! THEY DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO CALL ME ABOUT IT.
