I urge anyone who has been contacted by this company to call the Federal Trade Commision's Identity Theft Department toll-free: 1-877-IDTHEFT (438-4338) Explain where and how you received this reference number and what this company tried to do and if they stole any money from your account. Once the FTC has enough complaints and see an immediate pattern, criminal actions steps will be taken in order to crack down these individuals.
My financial institution has also being notifed as well and they are also filing against this company which will have to answer to the authorities how they are getting personal information and bank routing numbers so successfully.
Please do not hesitate to call the toll free number and make sure these patterns of fradulent telemarketing is stopped for once.
