 No matter how desperate your financial situation may be and how desperate you are to have furniture, please do not use this service as you will only get deeper in debt and with a company that will constantly harrass you on the day your payment is due. It seizes to be a 'courtesy call' if you have some one calling you on the day a payment is due telling you that RAC Accepatance has no grace period for payments and you are advised to make your payment or tell them where the merchandise can be picked up. The interest rate thru RAC is EXTORTIOUS to say the least. You will pay 3-4 times what the merchandise is worth and you can not make payments towards the principal to expedite payoff. This is a true RIPOFF and should be investigated.

Many thanks!! The local store actually issued an apology and says they are looking at better training for employees. I've not been late with a payment and just didn't appreciate the attitude that came with the 'courtesy call'.

Bad things happen to good people and I AM glad there are alternative finance options for those of us who are struggling a bit to get out of debt.

 Here's something I'm SURE has NEVER occurred to you....pay on time EVERY time and things will eventually get better for you...try it sometime.
I don't see a Ripoff. 
Of course you pay more, you are a VERY poor risk.
