On 6-3-2012 I Went to Radio Shack to get a refund $ 13.76 for defective 3 way phone adpt and phone cord sold by sales rep Missy On 6-2-2012 . But when I arrive Missy is not working and has the day off and instead I end up dealing with sales rep TV and she pressures me to buy a ATT 1740 DIGITAL ANSWERING SYSTEM for $ 19.99 and shes screws me over on my refund of $ 13.76 and overcharges me $ 29.59 for a $ 19.99 ATT 1740 DIGITAL ANSWERING SYSTEM and never credits me $3.17 and charges me $ 6.00 for 1 YR HOME ELECTRONICS REPLACEMENT that I never asked for nor agreed too and sales rep TV kept my sales slip for $ 3.17 that was never credited and they refused to refund my money and I filed compaint with pa attorney general office.

Can you be pressured into buying a digital answering machine? Was there a weapon involved? Since you obviously did not intend to make that purchase..eh hem..you also did not want the extended warranty I guess.. It may be true, but when you can't even fess up to buying an answering machine when you clearly well..did..your credibility does take a pounding..

When you said she screws you over on the refund, does that mean it went towards said digital answering machine? Have you tried returning that? If not, be careful they don't "force" you to buy a laptop when you go down there!!!

I am sure the PA Attorney General Office will show up any day now..any day..
