There are multiple publishers in the US that have procured money from neighborhood businesses for ad space in a coupon mailer provided by Shaun Boylan/RAM Theater Services. These publishers, including myself, have then paid RAM Theater Services $5290 on each press event, who was contracted to have the coupon mailers printed and direct mailed to said neighborhoods, only to find out that the coupon mailers were either: never printed or never delivered to the neighborhoods as stated. RAM and Shaun Boylan have held onto the monies paid to them that were designated for the printing of the magazines and/or for the postage to the USPS on the magazines.
It turns out the printer was unaware of the Ponzi scheme going on and it appears as if Shaun Boylan/RAM Marketing/RAM Theater Services has duped everyone involved. Several graphic designers have had their name and business ruined due to this scheme. [continued below]....

This man/company continues to post job postings to various online websites such as Indeed, JuJu, Job Spider, Craigs List, Zip Recruiter and more looking to recruit more people to take advantage of. He is continually looking for more people to steal from and I ask that you put a stop to this scheme and prevent this person from scamming others. Please investigate Shaun Boylan and his various businesses. You will find Shaun has used the following names: Michael J. Boylan, Michael S. Boylan, Shaun Boylan, Mike Reilly, Mike OReily, just to name a few.
I, and several other publishers, have contracts and emails that can be used as evidence and most of us are willing to cooperate to put a stop to this fraudulent activity. We do not want anyone else to lose their home, their business, & their good name.
