What type of reputable business addresses consumer complaints by insulting individuals who are dissatisfied and simply seeking a refund? Take a look at the replies posted on this website by the owner and president of RBM Merchandising, Robert B. McDonald. Rather than addressing their specific complaints, he accuses the individuals of being "lazy" and "negative" and calls them "loafers" and "ignorant fools." He does not bother to explain why it takes his business months to reply to complaints or to fill orders despite cashing checks and money orders almost immediately upon receipt. He is totally unethical and ought to be jailed for mail fraud and consumer fraud.
There is no telephone listing for RBM Merchandising or Robert McDonald in Lake Zurich, Illinois. Similarly, the so called business is not registered with the Secretary of State or the County Clerk. What type of honest business does not have a published street address or telephone number for customer service? Ripoff artists thrive on secrecy, so does RBM.
