After having used RBS Lynk as my credit card server for my small business for years, I was debited an amount to cover insurance costs against fraud, from RBS Lynk. Later on, I had four seperate orders thru my Web Store (done up by Website Pros), and the amounts were all over $1500.00 each consecutive month. The machine instructed me to call in....I called RBS Lynk, they called the issuing banks and on a three wayconversation, the charges were approved. I waited for the money to be transferred to my account and once it cleared, I shipped the products. 5 months went by and RBS Lynk started debiting my account to recover the money, stating that the clients have used stolen credit cards. I have been to court over this, trying to retrieve my money, only to be told that because I have an S Corporation, I cannot represent myself. RBS Lynk sincerely crippled my company. Speaking to four attorneys, they all agree that I may have triple damages against them, however, no one will take this case pro-bono. The fact that they obtained money for each order, their normal percentage, took money from my account to insure me against these issues and then pulling money out of my account is totally wrong. If there is an Attorney out there that will do a class action lawsuit against this company, please contact me....I am quite sure that I am not the only company this has happened to....
