RCA Thomson INC Like others,I should have checked out the product on line for complaints,before buying.I didn't have the Rca television 6 months,called cable co make sure wasnt the problem,it was the TV itself called company,they wanted 137.00$ just to exchange they send letter with fed paper with mark send backonce received¬ damaged we'll send exchange0$ not mentioned Now they want to send back not fixed Marietta Georgia

RCA,what can we say,use to be a great co.I have one that is nearly or maybe more than 20yrs old.So being such a good company name,We decided to stay with RCA,What a joke,like others has reported,a real lemon.I have been working with them for couple of months,or trying to.they want money for a bad product,not to repair,but repair service,to exchange,Just to day I received letter that they are waiting for the money.So naturally I call,and they refuse to send replacement with out money,how ever they are willing to send the other one back not working,I think when something has a warranty for 1 yr,which is not long enough,should stand behind their product,So it looks like I have bought something,and send it back and won't have nothing.I even asked for them to send me a cheaper one back in its place,NO DEAL,Please,what do they have to loose.So you consumers out there,stay away from RCA,It is a joke,and there should be a law,because it our loss and their gain.Most likely they can file for losses at the end of the yr.and we can't.And it ashame that a company made such a good product ,and now has junk,junk
