RDK & Associates - Niko-Laos Enterprises - Cydcor SCAM, RIP-OFF, DOOR-TO-DOOR, LIARS Tampa Florida

RDK & Associates, Inc. is the biggest scam to enter Tampa since their parent company Niko-Laos Enterprises, now in Miami, FL. These people don't care what kind of educational history you have, they are onyl looking for naive, good-looking 20 something year olds, who they can "train" to go door-to-door. They only offer commission based position for 60 hours work weeks. Not even the Campaign managers make salary they split they profit off their workers, which isn't much to begin with.

This company is always looking for suckers. please don't fall for this trap, I hope I can prevent and save people's time. If you don't believe me, send them your resume and I guarantee if your under 35 years old and in Tampa, you'll get a call that day or the following to have a one-on-one interview, your second round interview will be known as torture day. You get all excited because you got invited back for a second round interview, but really they just take you door-to-door with them and give you the bad news, that there are NO benefits, there's NO salary, and you won't be getting paid for the next 3 weeks.

Don't think it's that bad? When your territory is in Ft. meyers and you have drive to work at 730 in the morning for a stupid 1.5 hour meeting, which is nothing but trying to jazz everyone up to SELL, SELL, SELL. Then you drive another 1.5 to your territory and start knocking on the doors, then have to leave 3 hrs later to get back to work on time for your final meeting at 6p.m. for another 1.5 hours. This si ridiculous you waste gas, time, money, what if you didn't even make a sale that day??? You're screwed. 1 out of 2 million actually make it to management. Wonder why they're 2 managers there it's because the previous owner didn't think they could hack it on their own, so it took 2 brains to complete the operation.

Check out their headquarters too, Cydcor. I'm sure they'll have a Cydcor Times in their office somewhere, probably next to the atmosphere room.
