His stand up Life Size Poster was at the door. They said he would be in person in the afternoon.

The seminar started into the Real estate program, I know they usually have salespeople to push The Real Estate Program to the crowd, they said to take action now and I bought it before they sold out or I would not get the books for the class, the speaker was Lynn Alder he said the class itself would be at Hilton off Kirby in two weeks in a class room setting Hands On. We would learn how to fill out contracts learning how to buy and sell your own property in less than 30 days. The best time to do this is to take auction now they said, so I bought it for 1497.00 I assumed they were selling for Armando I thought they were his sales people and promoters. They told everyone that Armando would be there in the afternoon.

When Armando Montelongo arrived and he gave his selling on his product I realized we had bought someone else product I do not know from Adam. It was the James Smith Real Estate Seminar, I could no longer afford to purchase Armando's Kit. I decided to keep the kit because, I would at least learn from this seminar and begin my life in the Real Estate business. He was an excellent speaker so I knew for sure I would learn from this seminar.

Lyn Alder nor James Smith teach the class, This is when everything started to make my stomach ache and go wrong. James Smith did not show up instead it was Tim Veler, he seemed like a nice Christian man teaching Real Estate but in two day he talked about his Religion and his life as a Police officer and we had two days with this mixture of topics with a little on his success in the Real Estate. I wanted to learn real estate that's what I was there for. I asked Donna in the back when we would get to Learning on Real estate because it was getting late into the second day we had only one day left and still had not even opened our books and never did, She told me we will sweetie just give it time.

Tim Veler said he was telling us these parables because it will all come together at the end and the people that stayed would see that. During a break their were a lot of people talking about how bad the seminar was and some were even calling the headquarters to get their money back and to complain. He told us about these people wanting their money back and complaining, he got really upset, he said he really was upset because he did not like when people who are so negative and rub on other people when the seminar resumed he told the rest of us that they were negative people and he hated that because they will rub off on other people that are inexperienced, but frankly I wanted to leave also but I tried to give him the benefit because he said he is a Christian man and I felt really bad so I decided to stay.

Third day on Sat Still we did not open our books no contracts some figures were done on a projection screen but every time I went to write down his example he turned off projector. I am sure this man is very successful he said he bought his own Island and is a Millionaire and I hate to do this, but I am not a woman with a lot of money and I went to this Seminar to Learn REA ESTATE and Flip Homes, Foreclosures, contracts Hands On. He talked about Renting property. He did say he was not supposed to be there. He was mentioned several times he was filling in for someone. I am not here for a free ride, I just want to get credit for something I did not get.

I am sorry Tim Veler but I do not feel like I got what I paid for. For so many people that left the seminar and some that did the same thing I did, we stayed till the end but left unfulfilled, on sat more people walked out and on sat half the class room did not show up. I call the main headquarters three times and left messages and also talked to John at the Hotline and he said he was going to get resolutions to call me.

It is over a week and I have not heard from anyone as of today. I called one more time and left message for John at extension 302 1800 270 3357 he instructed me to send in receipt and I would hear from someone when I first called him the first time and he asked me to call him back if I did not hear from someone, I did that I left message about 12:00 pm still nothing. Oh! I did hear from two other sales people trying to sell me a platinum package to same seminar. Not from the resolution center. They called me on my cell phone. The date on the receipt is Feb. 16 2008 and classes were on the 28th 29th and 1st at the Hilton of Kirby and southwest freeway.

I tried several times to contact someone from RE Success Group to resolve the issue, no one ever called me back, until I contacted my attorney about it they sent a letter and that's when I finally received a call from DAN CEATON, he was very nice on the phone and said he knew I was telling him the truth because he had received several phone calls explaining the same issues I had. Well when so many people get up and leave and also make calls directly from the seminar you have to know something is wrong. He kindly told me he would refund my money after talking for a while. He said it gives him a idea when lots of people complain about a certain person not to send him or her out again. He also told me he had heard what happen in Houston Seminar with so many complaints, so he asked me to explain from my point of view, He said you are not the first to say the same thing to me.

Well, I have yet to see my refund and I have left several messages on his answering system in the last three days and I am still waiting. I will update If I hear anything, I guess it will have to go to court, good thing I recorded his response to me and kept business cards from everyone I could at the seminar incase this happened and I need witnesses.
