The goal of every interaction that Mortgage Loan Mediators has with a homeowner is to develop a plan that allows the homeowner to stay in their home. Our goal is achieved for nearly 75% of the homeowners that Mortgage Loan Mediators works with. Mr. Bernard and his staff are an integral part of resolving and modifying monthly mortgage payments that homeowners can afford.

It appears that the complaint published on this site speaks to the integrity and honesty of RMC. We here at RMC pride ourselves in honesty and integrity and in our performance helping individuals who are in need of an intervention between themselves and their mortgage holder. The senior partner of RMC is an attorney with forty years of experience in private practice and as special judge for the Courts of Shelby County, Tennessee. RMC has a high degree of success in all cases we take. We work tirelessly to achieve a favorable outcome and represent folks of all nationalities and cultural backgrounds. We don't hire anyone to work for this firm. We do, however, have "Affiliates" who send us their clients in need of representation. Our Affiliates include professionals from many backgrounds including, bankruptcy attorneys, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, pastors and corporate restructuring firms. We believe this complaint was written by a former affiliate whose contract was terminated for misrepresentation. We categorically deny every accusation in this report.
