PLACED AN ORDER ON REEFS2GO.COM AND THE NEXT DAY CANDACE EMAILED ASKING IF I REALLY PROCESSED THE TRANSACTION. AT THE TIME MY FIANCE HAD ALREADY BOUGHT WHAT WE NEEDED BY THE TIME THEY REACHED US TO CONFIRM THE ORDER AND THEY GAVE US AN OPTION TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT WE DID.
THEY SAID REFUND WOULD PROCESS WITHIN 24-48HRS, WE WAITED. NOTHING CAME THROUGH.
CALLED AND 3RD DAY, NO ONE PICKED UP, TRIED A FEW MORE TIMES THROUGHOUT THE DAY NO ONE PICKED UP.
CALLED THE NEXT DAY NO ONE PICKED UP, SAME PATTERN.
CALLED THE NEXT DAY AFTER THAT, NELSON PICKED UP AND SAID THIS IS ODD, WONDER WHAT HAPPENED LET ME GET BACK WITH YOU BY END OF THE DAY. GUESS WHAT NO ONE CALLED ME BACK
BY THIS TIME I EMAILED THEM ABOUT 9 TIMES AND MY FINAL EMAIL TO THEM WAS EXPLAINING EVERYTHING UP UNTIL NELSON'S ANSWERS ABOVE AND STILL NO REFUND SO I WARNED THAT I WOULD OPEN A DISPUTE WITH PAYPAL IF THEY DIDNT CALL ME OR EMAIL ME BACK. SO GUESS WHAT, NO RESPONSES..
TRIED THE NEXT DAY NO ONE PICKED UP. WAITED TILL AFTER MEMORIAL DAY, WHICH IS TODAY - CALLED IN, THE GIRL WAS OBNOXIOUSLY RUDE AFTER TALKING TO ME AND FINDING OUT MY DISPUTE WAS OPENED WITH PAYPAL DUE TO THEIR NON RESPONSE FOR OVER A WEEK.
THIS GIRL WAS MAKING UP A LIE SAYING I GAVE THEM ONE REASON TO CANCEL THE ORDER YET I'M TELLING THEM ANOTHER REASON. I'M NOT SURE WHAT REASON BECAUSE WE CANCELLED FOR ONLY ONE REASON AND THAT'S BECAUSE WE DIDNT NEED IT ANYMORE BY THE TIME CANDANCE WANTED TO ASK IF THIS TRANSACTION WAS LEGIT.
MOVING ALONG ... THIS OTHER GIRL WE WERE SPEAKING TO ON THE PHONE BECAME IRATE AND SUPER RUDE SAYING THINGS LIKE OH WELL YOU OPENED A DISPUTE YOU TIED OUR HANDS (GUESS WHAT I CALLED PAYPAL - PAYPAL SAYS THAT'S NOT TRUE, THEY'RE SUPPOSE TO CALL INTO PAYPAL OR RESOLVE THE DISPUTE BY PAYPAL WEBSITE TO LET THEM KNOW A REFUND IS BEING PROCESSED)
THE REEFS2GO.COM REP WAS ADAMANT ABOUT NOT CALLING PAYPAL AND SAID TOUGH LUCK, WE DONT NEED YOUR BUSINESS AND I TOLD HER THAT THIS WAS MY FINAL TRANSACTION DESPITE BEING A CUSTOMER OF THEIRS FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS.
HOW DARE YOU REEFS2GO!! THIS BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH SHALL NOT GO UN-SEEN, I HOPE THIS WILL WARN OTHERS!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH REEFS2GO WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CRAPPY REFUND POLICY EVER!
AT THE MOMENT, THE REFUND HAS STILL NOT BEEN PROCESSED AND WE'RE ALMOST DONE WITH 2 WEEKS GOING BY. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!
