We purchased a mattress from them and found it to be completely uncomfortable to sleep on. We decided this after a week...there are companies out there that offer a 30 Day trial for no charge....we had to pay up front and then wait at least a month for delivery.
Contacted REM to return the mattress and was told they would not take it back but would send me a different mattress for an additional fee...a mattress i could not sleep on or see or anything i was just suppose to tell them what i was looking for and they would send me something for the additional fee...id like to know if the people at this company would buy a mattress without trying it out first...we have gone as far as to put a hold on our credit card payment but all of this has taken more time and effort then i care to spend when i am not happy with something...as far as i am concerned buyer beware....

REMsleepsolutions.com gives you a opputunity to go try out the bed if your not comfortable by going to the branch stores or to one of the homeshows which where you can find what meets your needs. I understand how you feel. so my advice to you or if this problem is trying that option i gave. I hope this helps and makes you have have a peace of mind that you can get your comfortable bed and try it see sleep in it by going to the store branch or office or homeshow just call rem or go on the website. Thank you
