Yes i have a huge problem with both these companies i paid my lot rent to Equity Funding LLC , Re/Max takes that rent for Equity now as of on 4-29-10 these people are requiring all renter's / buyer's to pay a 500.00 deposit to set up a deposit account with there bank asking to paying that in 3 different way's this paper is dated for 4-21-10 but we didn't get it til the 29th 3 options on how to pay this plus the lot rent on top of this there are people here who are on fixed incomes and social security and i am calling me and my husband attorney on monday over this these people are shady and crooked same thing and apparently they think all the people in this community is dum i am not they will find out i have filed 4 complaints 2 with the BBB and the other 2 with the state attorney general's office in Indiana.

The bank from what Mr. Larry Miller stated they (bank) are doing this well the money doesn't grow on a tree people the economy is bad here no full time jobs people living on fixed incomes social security and food stamps does that answer your question Equity we are not rich people you are going to cause us and a bunch of people to move out of here and the owner of the mobile homes Mr. Larry Fitzgerald will be very mad about this cause your causing him to lose money on the mobile home payments who  on earth hired these people. We need new management to run this place right not a crook you get lot rent every month now your asking for a 500.00 deposit hell no i will move my self and my family out of here since Mr. Bill Cox has to have someone to take care of his dirty work you don't have to give an eviction we will be happy to move out your riipping off the people here but your not ripping me off!

I hope Wal Mart buy's this place where you can't have the property really they offer us money to move i'd take it they have been trying to do that for years to by this place people talk i hope they take or the state takes that away another company or a business comes and put's a retail in here they should have done that already. Kick us out for the complaints my attorney will get you that isn't a threat that's a guarentee promise i hope people see this really you got an F rating from this family make promises and don't keep them this place is a dam dump the state board of health needs instead of getting on us they need to get on you over the park looking bad and the chug holes in the road.i got pieces of wood sitting in my yard that you lazy people didn't even pick up but expect since someone is living here they can do it this place is filthy a dirty community

Equity whoever hired Bill Cox all he gives a  care about is the lot rent and leave that's it people in here parking in other people spaces but everyone else's whoever company it is can do that but if we do that we got a neighbor leaving nasty notes on other peoples car the next that happens again the police is getting a call since Biill Cox can't even come down here and tell the people to stop doing that i don't like these people there crooked  we need new management the city i was told hired Bill Cox to manage this i can't believe that either.These people lie in this place they do one minute they said the man who owns the mobile homes the city took away from then you here it was over a loan and then its over himowing taxes no it isn't he got sued threw the state i can say that i know it i saw it on file with the state attorney's general office  people from shrums if you see this go to the web site for the attorney generals office on larry you will see it. But there is no excuse with this sorry to it SC Bill Cox is a crook wake up and so is Equity Funding LLC.
