After three weeks no remote control was received. In contact process I went back to confirmation email and found an additional $10. After several telephone contacts with back-log as excuse, I was refunded the overage.
Over one week later the remote control finally arrived. Was not what was advertised and it was completely useless. I will have to update what happens after return is documented ( return receipt)
