I to am a victim along with my family of this slumlord he goes by different alias and runs his business from different offices. I rented an apt from him and reported 31 mice I have caught he said I was making this up I called City Code Enforcement on him and now he facing charges, fines and will be in court December 2012 I called the news to report the situation and he ould not comment only saying I did this because I owed rent money I refuse to pay after all medicall bills I an now encountering my infant got bit by a rat and we all have lung infection from this also, mold infested apt, he tries to say he took over a deteriating complex but instead of renovating he is patching up the problems and not solving the cissue he charges $75 late fee and $5 dollars a day for being late he will also charge additional 10 to cover any fines the city opposes on him. He enters residents apt with out any notice alters lease contract and forges signatures. Now he is specalizing in the hispanic communities because he and his wife initimidate them and charge them outrageous fees.He calls his father and brother who are attorneys to help him get out of all problems he and his wife face. I am working with an attorney to put a stop to this scam
